Anyways I decided this is my next game Ill play through after Trails to Azure. Im already a fan of what I see even though Im barely starting.

I dont do good with Japanese names and stuff so I can tell Im gonna get confused >.> like Im in the second tutorial battle and they are talking about Ms Morimura and the Aegis System yet Im gonna forget her in like 1 minute

there might even be a plot twist later and Im like oh shit who

How much attention to detail does this game have? Dont spoil me but I noticed in this mission that Konamis first reaction to seeing additional sentinels come in is to ask if they are friendly. I wonder if she had a rough time prior to now

So Im playing this blind and I didnt know there was gonna be choices and stuff other than what order to do the characters in. I dont have enough context to be making the right decisions and stuff yet so Ill just go with my gut. gonna decline this cat. Ive seen what happens when anime girls accept contracts from talking animals. Hes being pretty pushy too and almost seemed like he had two different voice actors?

The choices don't really matter in the long term. You will do some scenarios multiple times, picking a different choice each time

I never played to the end, so idk lololol

But what I was referring to is that in some cases, you'll finish a scenario having picked one choice, then on your next go around with that character you'll do the same scenario but will be able to pick a different choice

Yeah, Ive played 999, VLR and AI The Somnium Files so I get the idea of going back to past scenes and making different choices. But in those games it resulted in a story tree with various endings and one true ending once you made all the right decisions

I've played 999 of those, but I think I understand what you mean

Up to the point I've played of 13S, it wasn't like that. The paths are split into linear blocks, but you sometimes have choice within each block

I finished this final tutorial battle in 15 in game seconds even though it had a time limit of 2 minutes. Maybe Ill up the difficulty or something if I get a chance to

are mystery points something I need to spend wisely? Dont have 2 and can purchase things like old school building. Do I actually learn new things this way or does it just recap what I already know

anyways Im not sure how I want to proceed focus on one character or do an even split for now I might do Minamis route since it was my least favourite judging by the intros. Not saying I dont like it but Ill save the other ones for later

its the weekend so ill binge this a fair bit. im doing ryuko matois prologue. after that ill go back to ETs route

Mystery points are just for fun, there's nothing important hidden in the unlocks. Just unlock whatever interests you

Don't stress too much on what character routes to do, you can only progress each character to a certain point before their story becomes gated until you witness certain events in other characters stories

Chugging along, not really sure how to piece my thoughts into words since its all so disjointed. Ill just vomit out some thoughts:

the password gouto is mentioning in megumis path to stop a virus is the code that the (forgot his man) future guy with forgotten memories has no doubt

or maybe the forgotten memories guys code is the key Ogata needs. And that voice he was speaking with sounds similar to Okino

theres no way that future shinonome is the true antagonist

that cat is bad juju as well. Also the kaiju being man made seemed like an obvious twist to pull

im about 23% through all the remembrances it says

It's worth unlocking all the files with mystery points, they often elaborate on things you learn in the remembrances. Plus there's a hidden unlock after you beat the game that requires 100% in all three categories.

It is also a pretty easy platinum trophy all things considered.

How do I get to Nurses Office 1 again on shinonomes route

it always puts me on Nurses Office 2 and I cant get back. I went to the cafeteria first cause i think I was forced, but the flow chart shows surveillance room missing

Also I still havent done any battles yet. I wonder if I should keep the completion percentages even

Wasnt expecting this at 62% through minamis route so what is there no time travel and theres just multiple different planets that were terraformed, and the planets are a few decades apart, and they all followed the exact same history or something

At 42% through remembrance, it wont let me go any further without battling or getting mystery points which I think you need to battle for

so the best plan is to just one one team until they overload and then use the other. Not try to spread the trauma

Little tip - you can redo any completed mission and clear the stress that way.

also, they just dropped Goutos prologue on me and locked out the rest until I get 80% progress with the other 12 guys

i thought iori grew up to be morimura
I thought morimura loved Juro as well
what is the significance of chihiros presence during that scene
and who the hell killed morimura is it wasnt Sekigahara. I dont think it was gouto, but who else has the motive? Maybe Nenji but a different version of him from the distant past so not really? The OG Izumi? Herself?

also, when is the final battle chronologically? (If this is a spoiler then dont say). Does it start with tutorial mission 1?

Every time you finish any story you can go to the timeline menu, its where the mystery files are. The timeline explicitly shows you everything in chronological order. If you want to avoid it you can but it is a tool that is always available and the final battle is listed accordingly.

Considering how complex this game's story is, I'm pleasantly surprised every question I had was actually answered in a satisfactory way.

There is no time travel, only travel to other sectors/space. Or perhaps, not even travel through space. Maybe beyond the pipes at 30km+ are the other sectors

Sekigahara agreed with her when he found out and didnt kill her
Seligaharas recording of himself = fake? To manipulate him into killing her? Or to frame him?

what is the kaiju invasion an experiment? A harvest? Its linked heavily with universal control causing mass disappearances. A simulation?
