What tequila do you use? Usually a decent solid highlands reposado that doesn't break the bank. Something like Los Altos, Don Julio, Cazcabel, Correlejo. Try Mezcal if you can find it. Good starter brands are "Vida", "Illegal", "Montelobos", "Fidencio" and "Buho".
