I really hate when people ask things and don't/won't care though;
not just "Hey, hows it going?" Oh good thanks, you?
I hate that but just as much if someone asks my hobbies for example and I say video games they're like "oh... that's cool." Or they like call of duty or some shit, and I just don't want to play along with this farce.

Actually dated a girl for two years who said she had no hobbies, and while that was technically true she was a super chill person who was down to do basically anything. So if you wanted to go to a movie she was down to go no matter what the genre, play a game, hang out, go to a party, literally whatever she was down to try it. So people like that aren't always boring, but often that is the case.

I think people dont really get that a) you arent owed info about them they dont want to share and b) people may not feel super comfortable if their hobbies are likely to be seen as weird.

If people want to share with you, they will.

Or you could socialize like a normally functioning human being and not some antisocial insecure POS with all this "I don't owe you info" crap. Then what good are you? What's the point of anyone talking to you if you're gonna be like that?
