PikachuMaxwell 11/07/21 1:47:39 PM #1:	A few days ago, I took a train home from downtown. I sat next to this guy, and soon I found out he was rolling some joints. He lit up the joints and smoked them while I sat next to him. I decided not to tell on him because I was not really bothered by it and didn't want unnecessary conflict (although there is a no-smoking policy on the train and I was a little concerned about me and others' health on the train.) Was I right to not report him, or should I have said something? --- Super Smash Bros.
