They cant say they didnt give them a good review based on the score but they totally didnt.

You do realize that just because they didn't mention anything negative doesn't mean it will get a high score. It isn't like a drivers test where you're started at 100% and get points docked off when you make a mistake, you start at a 0% and get points when you do something that impresses the reviewer. Plus it's an arbitrary number, but that is because they're reviewing something subjective not objective. Like I said, just read or watch from multiple sources that you trust to reach a concensus and figure out if the concensus will sway you from getting the game or not.

Yeah and when i watched another review i realized how bad ign sucked at playing the game. If you didnt do this the comments will let you know just how bad the ign reviewer sucked at playing the game.

Like i just watched the Ruiner review and it seems youre suppose to dash atound and dodge a lot while the ign reviewer sisnt dash once and said the game was really hard.

Watch the Super Monkey Ball Banana mania review for a similar experience of the gameplay they show is from someone doing very poorly at the game and saying the games hard.

All while they say souls games are hard but its good then.
