I don't think any of the eternals in the Eternals movie can take on thanos. Their powers are nerfed compared to their comic counterparts

Ikaris can probably win 1v1.

Druig mind controls him to stand still. From there either Sersi can turn Thanos into a tree or Thena can decapitate him.

I don't know if Druig can control him, Druig never showcased any ability to mind control anything but humans. If he could, he would use it on deviants. That and Mantis said Thanos mind was very powerful
