Police are searching for a woman who hit and killed a Dayton woman with her SUV Wednesday night at a convenience store on Linden Avenue and then fled the scene.

One 911 caller described the SUV barreling through and crashing into the woman, saying it just came through and ran her right down.

The SUV driver, also a woman, abandoned the vehicle and ran away behind the store after striking Taylor, according to police. The driver left dogs behind, described as pit bulls, that were in the SUV, according to the 911 call log.
