Like one room for urinals. It doesnt need to be particularly large. A few spaces apart with partitions, more depending on the size of the venue I.e. airports or stadiums

and then a comparatively larger room with toilets

so long as any sexual assault issues can be mitigated somehow (a lot of those are crimes of convenience, which unisex toilets might increase the frequency of), there isnt any real problem with unisex toilets other than merging the queues, which as a penis person I dont want to be waiting in line for 40 minutes at a concert to piss when usually its very quick
