Not only obscene white supremacist trash, but also blatantly historically inaccurate.

I mean there's definitely truth in that endless hordes of "barbarians" constantly invaded the Roman Empire for centuries and were at least in part responsible for it's downfall. However there is a gigantic difference between hostile armies invading and pillaging your land versus people peacefully immigrating for asylum, jobs, etc. Likening modern immigrants to roman era type barbarians definitely has racist undertones

equating a lot of Immigrants to Marching Armies is a bit on the extreme side, but the part about losing control of the borders it's not completely wrong.
i would definitely call that one of the eight hundred-and eleventy-six reasons why Rome fell.

look at the Goths, they came into Rome as refugees seeking safety from the Huns... and then the gothic War happened, cause Rome did not have the local power to handle them

another reason is that the rich did everything they could to stop paying taxes

lmao I've been on gamefaqs since I was a kid I just don't post much anymore. "Barbarians" in the Roman Empire is actually a very complicated and nuanced topic, and the fall of rome defies any one explanation. But to say that the endless incursions into rome by "barbarian" tribes were actually a net gain for rome seems like a big stretch to me.

I feel like you're missing the point a bit here. The many wars they had against tribes like the Goths or the Huns definitely did not help the Romans. However it's not like that was the only factor in rome falling there were a thousand other reasons as well. It's actually very impressive that Rome managed to last as long as it did with endless civil war, foreign invasion, disease, economic disaster, etc etc

I really don't get what you're trying to argue. Do you think the mass devastation caused by say, Attila the hun, or Rome itself being sacked by Visigoths didn't hurt the Romans?
