You are right that weshouldn't defend take two, because plenty of big publishers just leave their modding communities the fuck alone. Plenty of games get new engines, that's what pc modding communities do for big games. These guys didn't do everything right. But, (and I don't know the law perfectly) apparently Take two only has legal ground on this case in the USA, and everywhere else in the world has more sane copywrite laws in regards to code, where what they did wouldn't even be a problem. <cite>JimmyFraska posted [p:959624525] in Any whispe...
