Great movie, but I do want to see it again just to see if the initial vision of the murder was a lie or if they used tricky editing to make it seem like Sandy was the one being murdered. I will have to dock points if it's the former. Yes I know the visions aren't supposed to be 100% accurate, but it seems like a bridge too far to just straight up show something that didn't happen.* If it was all trick editing, then give it tons of extra points instead, because I'm pretty sure I remember her being stabbed.

I also really want this to be Diana Rigg's last role cause what a great one to go out on.

Also saw it on 35mm, which very much fit the style of the film.

*If you were to blame the mixup on the main character being drugged, I would grudgingly accept.

I know, I just meant in case there was something unreleased still coming out.

I absolutely loved this movie. Completely gorgeous. The cinematography was great. And there's so much creativity involved with it.

I want to think they probably used a trick of editing to make it seem like it, since there was so much going on and it was really like whiplash and they purposefully made it as hectic as possible.

However, she was also very likely roofied, so even if she did see her getting killed, it might have been because she was hallucinating from the drugs and alcohol.

Edgar Wright is absolutely stellar. I would honestly love to watch this again going into it knowing the big reveal. Also Anya Taylor-Joy was a delight, as expected.

I loved the first two thirds of the movie, Thomasin McKenzie in particular is just too damned adorable and likable. Unfortunately the ending really, really didn't work for me.

I saw it again, but this was like a week ago so my memory may not be 100%. The film never actually showed Sandy being fatally stabbed, it would only appear that way to the audience through the perspective of a troubled youth who might have been under the influence. As she lied in bed after the death scene she never actually stopped breathing. She just kind of gazes off into the distance cloudy-eyed making it look like she is departing this world, but really she's probably coming to grips with the traumatic act she's committed. Also when Sandy's "ghost" appears after there are no stab or slice wounds on her neck or chest, just a lot of blood pooled around the upper portion of that area.
