Specifically, Aria of Sorrow. Fun as it's always been, but damn I really need a gamepad for games like this.

Anyone have any recs? Preferably not ungodly expensive. Thanks.

I have SNES replica controller for GBA and DS games.

It's pretty much perfect.

Ah. I wonder how often other Nintendo games get sold like that. For ex, Square sell original Chain of Memories

I alternate between using a 360 or PS4 controller depending on the game. I have a Steam controller, but it's just not that great.

They just remove the Nintendo logo code from the ROM. This has been going on for a long time. The data belongs to the company that made the game and making an emulator is legal, so Nintendo has no legal claim to the actual game being sold.

The irony of recommending a goddamn 8bitdo and trying to trash a PS4 controller. Lol.

Literally find 1 kaizo or Mario maker streamer that make an 8bitdo dpad last longer than a month. You won't find it. You can find a few on ds4, even on the SNES/Super NT.

The irony of defending the PS4 controller more like it.

Sony might as well have called it the Drift Master.

I'm defending the dpad, in comparison to the 8shitdo. You know, the subject at hand? Try to keep up.

Also, I've had the same PS4 controller for years and I've used the sticks pretty heavily, and I have no drift. Ymmv with that, but it is a known fact that 8bitdo has a shit dpad and misses inputs, so if their sticks are the same they gotta be worse.

I didn't know the 8bitdo has a bad dpad, that's a bummer I guess. But fwiw, mine (SF30) has never dropped an input that I ever noticed. I've probably only used it like 30-40 hours in total though
