I often watch crime shows about real murders and occasionally the killer is charged two counts of murder if the victim is a pregnant woman. The second murder count being for an unborn child. I thought unborn babies werent considered babies (thinking of abortion)? Im confused. I dont know all the nuances of the law (clearly lol).

Also, Ive seen the phrase my body my choice used for people who dont want to get vaccinated and for people who are for abortion (I havent used the phrase). Is the phrase ok to use for either one? I think the complaint for not being vaccinated is that the choice can potentially affect the lives of others and cause death right? This doesnt apply to abortion though if Im understanding that correctly - not sure if the law sees the unborn baby as a human/body and if the abortion of the fetus is considered causing death. I dont know about pregnancy timing and all that. Also confused about this topic.

Killing someone else with a virus deprives someone else of their choice
Killing a fetus in the womb deprives someone of their choice
Getting an abortion does not deprive anyone of their choice

Hope that clears things up.

Some states count the unborn child as a second murder. Other states do not

It is decided by each state in the state legislature

Idk if this is to ask controversial questions, but I think I have one?

If a man and a woman are married and the woman accidentally gets pregnant, but the man doesnt want the baby, how does this work out?

And would it be wrong if the man left the woman? I mean, as far as I know, even if they talk about this its ultimately up to the woman to keep the baby. If the man doesnt want or ever wanted the child, it could be a very bad situation for him, especially considering at that point, it isnt his choice.

8 days left. They chant to appease the arrival of our red hope of death. The pillars rise while pulling the red power from our blood filled sky.

Ahh alright. Not a federal thing but state by state. That makes sense.

How come the baby doesnt get to choose? Do places consider it a baby yet?

That is a tough question. Especially when it often gets left on the mom when many guys decide to bail. I see it as their actions lead to consequences they didnt want but they should take on the responsibility together (though it doesnt often happen that way way). I know others think its more responsible to do the abortion though.
