I had the same issues everyone else had with Supply Lines and following the damn train, but I always found the RC helicopter to be really easy. The only thing I can think is that I did it top to bottom.

IIRC I just could not control the damn thing. Following the train was super easy to figure out, but Supply Lines I actually had someone on GTAforums beat it for me.

The RC mission in vice city is easy

Supply Lines in the original print of the game was actually broken, in that you lost fuel even when not accelerating. This was fixed in later versions and the mission is much easier now. Originally it was quite difficult, even a few seconds wasted could spend enough fuel to fail the mission.

That explains my struggles with it. I never made it that far on the PS2 but playing on PC I had to downgrade the version for mods.
