My gf has worked in childcare for about 10 years, and some of the shit Ive seen makes me certain that eventually everything will just collapse out of pure lack of ability in the next generations. 9 out of 10 kids she gets, whether they are rich, poor, black, white, doesnt matter. Theyre all completely stupid. The fancy place where she works does free play for skill building, and almost every child literally cant do it. Unless someone is giving direct, constant detailed instructions to them, they will sit on the floor staring at nothing or go into berserker mode, committing random acts of violence against themselves, others, or objects.

The parents are the worst, usually completely delusional and will not listen when you tell them basic shit like its not normal that your 3 year old cant use a spoon and doesnt know his own name. And God forbid they acknowledge that their kid would rather sit and chew on lint than have a unique train of thought or do something independent. They'll see a kid have an original idea maybe once a week, and its usually just a new creative way to destroy something. They dont build with blocks, they just try to sit on them or throw them at other kids, they chew on figurines and toys instead of playing with them, and Im not talking about babies, I mean kids who are 3-4+ years old. I would say 60% of them cant even speak by 3.

And whats worse, physically almost all of them are scrawny/sickly and subtly to moderately deformed. I call them "micro deformities", shit like weird lumps, disfigured clownish head shapes (one kid I saw had a forehead like a goldfish), weird growths of cartilage in random spots, crossed toes, nails growing in the wrong spots, bone protrusions, malformed limbs, toddlers with golf ball sized soft spots still, bow legs. This wasnt the case when I was a kid, so what the hell happened?
