1) Exercise. The body and mind are connected. A healthier body means a healthier mind.
2) Drink orange juice once in a while. The antioxidants and vitamin C help (imo).
3) Get 1-2 girls to hook up with on the reg.

Its much better than it was, but I think Ive come to accept that maybe chasing to fill the pit in your stomach might just be what lifes all about.

The advice here is solid. Exercise and a good diet can help your mental state in spades. I hope you find something that makes you smile soon, TC.
