Still grinding for gear in Hell, but to be honest, I have been wanting to play less and less. I'll do maybe five sessions of Pindle/Pits/AT and then lose desire to keep going. Maybe I'm just getting old and impatient.

Haven't played since last weekend but it sure sounds like things aren't any better than they were then.

I almost exclusively play by myself too.

No end game content to tackle with friends.

Cant MF with friends unless you want a chance to miss the gear.

Yeah I understand why path of exile is free. Shared loot which imo is an archaic system so it promotes single play, why do you think poe streamers never play in a party.

Alright at first I wasnt having fun, tried a few classes and it just felt like a worse version of Diablo 3 to me.

But then I started a Paladin and have been playing with the Classic visuals and its really fun and nostalgic I never played D1 or 2 back in the day but it reminds me of playing Gauntlet: Dark Legacy with my friend when I was little; he was always the green archer, me the blue knight.

Now I find myself thinking about playing it during the day. But one thing I will say is it fucking suuuuuucks that you have to connect to Battle.net every time you start up. I paid for the damn game just let me play it Blizzard wtf.

Damn, I did good today. Got some Puls to drop for me and made tons of trades. I just need Negal rings and War Trav to complete my MF set. Running at 369 MF right now.

37MF Gheeds dropped for me a few minutes ago. I am about to go pure Cold and being a dedicated AT/Pindle farmer, since Pits clear speed is sluggish without being a Lightning Sorc with Infinity.

I'm thinking of making a Druid. It's pretty much the one class I never really tried.

Ah same. Never touched Druid. I look at the skill trees and just get confused.

Wind Druid is a popular choice. I would level with Fissure until you get to level 30, then respec to grab Tornado, Cyclone Armor, and Hurricane. Don't forget the skills for helpers, too.

I was thinking of going Werewolf but it seems pretty gear dependent.

I swear the Tal's mask has hidden MF%. I am running only 110% MF right now but with that on, and finding way more uniques and sets than at 235% MF with ali baba and 2ptopaz helm

Definitely pick up class specific shit, wands, staffs, barb and druid helms etc. Skill bonuses make them valuable of they have them. I've noticed some won't get them until later on (assassin weapons and paladin shields for example seem to not roll individual skill bonuses until you get into exceptional versions. That type of gear starts to drop in act 4/5 normal). Body armor is generally pretty valuable. I usually pick up most stuff until I get a good amount of gold stashed, then I just pick up stuff I think will be worth a good amount.

Keep in mind max sell value too. It's 5k per act in normal (up to 25k) then 30k throughout nm and maxes at 35k in hell. I havr actually saved stuff thrpugh acts/difficukties just to increase the value >_> but of course that is dependant on how much space ypu have.

So getting through Baal and I'm on the last batch of minions and I take a TP and the game asplodes my computer. Total crash of the entire system. I had been playing for about 20 minutes so it wasn't like it overheated or anything, I've played for hours on hours continuously before. I log back in and they have my corpse in town and my merc is dead for some reason even though he (or I for that matter) wasn't when I took the TP.

At least I have all my shit I probably would have uninstalled if they just deleted me like that. But fuck now I have to go through all that garbage again.

Yeah I made a barb and amazon just because I found 2 pieces of the berserker set and 3 of the arctic set. I didn't even use any skill poibts yet because I don't what builds I want for them lol

My MF blizz sorc is level 77 and sucks still. 3200 damage, normally shoot for like 5-6k damage for a MF sorc with 500-600 mf.

My hammerdin is level 36 and is doing alright. Hammerdin can be a cheap build and still great. doing double spirit, peasant cap, upped lenymo, stealth, bad jewelry but i'm running through nm easy.

Not really feeling my hammerdin he's the fourth character I've ran through Nightmare with and is definitely struggling the most. Have Spirit sword, Lore cap, Ancients pledge and stealth.
