GX characters scored the highest on average, but the #1 duelist in all of Yu-Gi-Oh! history is none other than ~~Jack Atlas.~~ https://youtu.be/yJi4CZ3aUDA It's a good video. A good channel in general. He does a series of play by play analysis of major duels from the anime and assesses misplays and alternative options using the cards in their hands and such.
