47 y/o Welsh-Canadian Actor, Adrian Holmes who will play Phillip Banks in the reboot of Fresh Prince of Bel Air was involved in a fatal car crash today in Los Angeles after striking a man LAYING on the 110 Freeway!!...

He will play the patriarch Philip Banks in the upcoming Fresh Prince reboot when he struck an unidentified man laying in his lane while driving southbound on the 110 freeway north of Sunset Boulevard at 7:35pm

Sources say he was unable to avoid hitting the man as well as the driver behind him who was unable to avert him

The man's body was pushed into the next lane and was again struck by a THIRD vehicle as police are now investigating why the man was on the freeway

Drugs and Alcohol did not play a role for the drivers but it's uncertain if it applies to the man on the road

Holmes is best known for his credits in films made in his native country with The Boys, Arrow, Supernatural, Elysium and his canadian cop drama 19-2.

He received a Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance by an Actor in 19-2

Will Smith is executive producer of the reboot and the show will not be a continuation of the series but rather played by new actors for the role
