Maybe your doctor would have a better answer than CE.

I don't believe you're even asking this question in good faith considering you've flip-flopped multiple times at this point from "I'm not getting the vaccine because I never leave the house and don't care" to "okay I'm going to get it" and vice versa

It's best to consult with your primary physician, who knows your medical conditions, so they can accurately determine and outweigh your risks and benefits.

Mmmmmmmmmmm.

But doctors always give you the bad news. One of them told me I can't drink coffee anymore. Can you believe that?

I'm still getting it though. I just got sick in September and I was told they won't let you take the vaccine if you're sick. I've had other setbacks too. Like no one wants to give me a ride so I have to find somewhere I can reach on my own.

I dunno, I've been having heart pain for months but I largely ignored it cause it didn't hurt too bad and I assumed it was just my sedentary lifestyle.

You'd be best off asking a doctor to be sure, but as far as I'm aware, the only condition which should prevent you from receiving the covid vaccine is if you're allergic to one of the ingredients, or if you had a bad reaction to the first dose (and thus shouldn't get the second, or at least not of the same vaccine, depending on circumstances - and those circumstances would, again, be best analyzed by your doctor).

I honestly think if I was in your position, I'd go discuss it with a doctor who's familiar with my circumstances first; but I'd ultimately be very surprised if the answer is anything other than "yes, it's fine to get the vaccine".

No

I actually got turned away from my vaccine shot yesterday because I had Pericarditis back in April. I've got an appointment with my GP in an hour to discuss

I might end up one of those people who aren't able to get it at all and end up with a medical exemption certificate

Ugh. I guess it's fine then, I'll just have to roll the dice. If I do end up getting complications, I'm guessing I was already in bad shape anyway. Sorry guys, I'll close the topic.

I was thinking this but from reading his posts I got the impression a doctor had advised him on this. Especially around the "avoid coffee" thing.

Otherwise I was gonna put forward the possibility that it's a gastric condition, not a cardiac one. Multiple doctors have mentioned to me that it's very hard to tell the two apart (for certian gastric conditions anyway) based solely on location / intensity of pain. This is especially possible if TC is prone to overeating.

Guys, getting the vaccine is one issue since I know it's my responsibility towards society (even if I never leave the house) but stop asking about my heart pain, that only affects me.

Make sure that when they get the vaccine they aspirate though.

Aspiration ensures the vaccine is properly administered, recent evidence suggests many of the the extremely rare negative side effects could be related to rare improper administration of the vaccine resulting in it entering the blood stream.

Aspiration ensures proper administration and has no downsides. Also yes, consult your doctor, I'm sure they would confirm this and also be able to address your concerns more directly.

I'm still not sure what aspiration is. Guys, you have to realize I'm stupid. Hence why I'm still not vaccinated. Logically I know it was a bad choice but again, me stupid.

Based on linguistic cues, it's...breathing? You want me to breathe in?
