It's on all their burgers, and it's always the same sorta taste. I'm starting to wonder if they just add some sort of artifical flavoring to the patties to make it taste like that.

Bk does throw their patties on a broiler, but they also flavor them with artifical smoke flavor. Which is why you burp up smokey taste after eating it.

BK does have good fries.

They're simple, crispy, and fantastic(when hot). One of the few thicker cut fries I like that aren't crinkle cut lol.

Depends. If you're talking about sauces then yeah it's kinda hard to tell but there is no way you're gonna fool anyone by using liquid smoke on a pork butt or anything similar because as soon as you cut it you can see there isn't gonna be a smoke ring.

I used to work at Burger King. From my experience the patties come frozen and are red in color without any grill marks. We just put them into the broiler, and then we take apart the broiler at night to clean it so I don't think there's any dispenser for artificial smoke.

It's possible they infuse the food with that stuff before freezing it though.

Ive worked at a BK. I can't say what's put in the patties but they are cooked over a open flame on a grill like thing they call a boiler.

No, it's the smoke particles that are collected, not the sawdust. Unless you freak about any smoked food, where you let wood chips smolder and burn for hours on end, your misgivings about liquid smoke are misplaced.
