Do you think government leaders who enforce mandatory vaccines will regret this?

A veteran Washington State police officer of 22 YEARS who was forced out of a job by the state's vaccine mandate released a video stating he's signing off for the last time and said "Governor Jay Inslee and Democrats can kiss my ass"

The officer said he was not going to be one of the sheep who gets a vaccine because so called "health experts" said so as he knows his body better than experts and God was the only one he answers to

He has not been named but he told how he served the dept for more than 22 years in yakima County but on Saturday night it was his last with Governor Inslee's mandate ordering most state employees to be vaccinated by Oct 18

He said "This is my final sign off after 22 years serving the citizens of the state of Washington, i've been asked to leave because i am dirty. Numerous fatalities, injuries, i've worked sick, i've played sick, buried lots of friends over these years. I'd lie to thank you guys, as well as the citizens of Yakima County as well as my fellow officers within the valley. Without you guys, i wouldn't have been very successful. You've kept me safe and go tme home to my family every night. Thank you for that, i wish i could say more, but this is it. So State 1034, this is the last time you'll hear me in a state patrol car..and Jay Inslee, Democrats, you can kiss my ass cause i will not be your lab rat"

He got a response from a radio operator thanking him for 22 years of service and how he went on patrol since his first year on the force when his wife delivered a baby while on patrol.

The deadline for state government, healthcare and school workers in Washington has to get their vaccinations by tomorrow but those who refused had plenty of time to prepare and will be fired tomorrow or have already left which was said to be up to 400 cops already

Thousands have requested exemptions and extensions for some but with more than 90% already fully vaccinated.

People added it was heartbreaking to learn he was being fired because he was wary of some dangerous vaccine while others said Democrats have made this political and will greatly regret it in the next election.

Do you think Government Leaders who enforce mandatory vaccinations will regret it in the next election?

No one has regretted vaccine mandates before, I don't see why they would now. We are just in a perfect storm of stupidity currently thanks to the group of people republicans have cultivated to believe insane conspiracy theories.

It's all anti-intellectualism. People don't trust experts who have studied things their entire lives, they trust 15 minute YouTube videos that their cousin posted on Facebook.

Exactly! We all know experts have never been wrong and there have never been unintended side effects of fda approved Drugs.

While I oppose the government telling employers what to do and how to run their businesses, in this case the government is the employer and should be able to morally and legally set whatever conditions they want.

Experts have been wrong in the past, so all experts are wrong. FDA approved drugs have had unintended side effects in the past, so they all must have them.

Most people trust scientists but distrust politicians. And the fact that this covid has been mired in politics since its inception makes the "experts" on the wrong side.

. No one ever said all experts are wrong all the time just that they shouldn't always be trusted unquestionably and a second or even third opinion doesn't hurt

Second and third opinions are great, unless you're getting them from your cousin's babysitter's dog. Those second and third opinions should come from similarly qualified individuals and be based on similarly robust research as were involved in the first opinion. A disturbingly large number of people seem to be treating the entirety of medicine and science as a single entity that's providing the first opinion, and looking outside of medicine and science for subsequent opinions, and that's just not a sensible approach to take. Get second opinions, absolutely, but hold them to the same scrutiny and standards as the first opinions are held.
