It deals with a team of construction workers tearing down a once IRL asylum for renovation/repurposing, when one of the team finds nine session tapes detailing a woman with multiple personalities. Herself, a little girl, and a little boy are all obviously her own voice modulated / in psychosis but they live in fear of a forth personality the entire movie. This forth personality may have influence on the current narrative, and the revelation on where "Simon" lives -- quite literally the last sentence of the movie -- is a stomach dropping twist that is as subtle as it is devastating.

It's also cheesy and corny as all hell until it doesn't want to be. Give it a spin.
