Daigo was chucking out fireballs baiting justin to parry for enough meter. When justin got enough meter Daigo immediately stopped and started dancin/pacing back and forth waiting for the super.

I thought it was pretty obvious that Daigo was going for the parry when Justin was trying to do Chun-Li's super input.

"sloppy" isn't the correct term for this type of battle. sloppy signifies there was a lack of care or foresight, which isn't really true. it's just about competing and performing. it's not about justin's lack of foresight or anything like that at all. it's about diago hitting that last second jumpshot, that 9th inning 2 out home run.
