Thats not the other side. I was taught of people in Germany who helped hide Jewish people and werent part of the Nazi party. They dont teach that the entirety of Germany were murderous Nazis. That main focus, however, is on the leadership; as it should be. Same when they teach about Japanese internment in America. Not every American hated the Japanese but that isnt the point of the lesson.
