When The Walking Dead cards got some flak WotC said something like they would be printing regular, non-UB versions of the cards. So instaed of Rick, Steadfast Leader you'd get a Legendary Human that's the same card in all but name/art from MtG's multiverse instead. The List is a list of cards that sometimes takes up a slot in Set Boosters, and they add/remove cards from it every set iirc. Edit: Here is an article going over this in better detail.
