A few topics disappeared. Tais was apparently the owner and I don't think anyone he would leaderize is unsuspended now, so I would imagine anything going into the queue will be handled by site mods. It is worth keeping an eye on in case there are actually active users able to post and say really bad stuff. It could get shut down directly or feedback formed out of existence like LAAG was, but if all the worst users just have posts go down, it might survive due to all of them being suspended and banned.

His first deleted post in that topic was for reposting a previous trolling moderation and whining about trolling moderations, cancelling, free spech and opinions. He doubled down. The one you mention is gone too. He and pooh pretty much split the deleted posts in that one. I saw a few topics go away too. Don't know which were which. Oddly he a triple down post about the previous moderation and called Allen a beta dud and had a meltdown but that one is still up.

reposting trolling moderations is precisely what needs to be deleted because it's like 2nd tier trolling. Plus that person has history which slams him any time he does anything, which is his own fault because he steers into it. You don't know tails like I do and if you think you do, then you don't recognize his profile for what it is.

He knows I could school him up and down about everything there is to know about the system here. He has literally asked me to do exactly that on his community boards. I have intentionally neglected to offer such services. I'm not a mod. It's not by job.

The strange thing about the moderation is that he got hit for TROLLING on a COMMUNITY board. Community boards don't have to enforce trolling and they sure don't have to forward it to the site mods since trolling isn't considered a "serious" violation. That said, community board moderation is busted at the moment. No community board owners/ leaders can mod their board and the community board queue isn't working.

You're thinking too small picture. I don't know where you are seeing it. Did tails tell you directly? If he did, therein lies the problem. If that is all he is showing you, there is a reason why he isn't showing you the rest. I was looking at quoted posts to find some of them by proxy in the topic itself. Again, history. The way the moderation system has evolved in the past 20 years has gradually built up to one that discourages repeated violation types. Users like Tails never outrun their histories. As for Allen's decision, I would say the chances are 40/55/5/0 for ban/purg/warning/overturn. He most likely escapes the ban this time but no chance of overturn and very small chance he gets the downgrade. I think the issue a lot of people have, which I believe is the case with you is that you are viewing the system through a zoomed in lens instead in panorama. There is a lot more going on and you're missing it. I'm not being critical. Many users do that. Most maybe. I can just see the details that are a bit further out. If one of the two low chance scenarios does happen though, then I'll be the first to say that I missed something somewhere, and actually, it would probably be what CarrieChan said. I wasn't aware of community actions being broken.

Maybe the other stuff was. But his last post was basically just "Suspended users can't post. I took a 6 month break." I can't possibly see how you can twist that into a violation.

Like I said, maybe the other stuff was. I'm just saying, in my opinion, that specific post does not seem like a violation to me.
