A Tennessee Wendy's Manager was arrested after he poured HOT FRYER OIL at a drive thru customer who demanded his money back because his food was COLD!!...

23 y/o Demarrus Pritchett was captured dousing Zayveon Johnson with oil on camera at a Wendy's location

Johnson asked for a refund at the drive thru and argued with him about his food which he said was cold. Police said Pritchett then returned with a metal pan of frying oil and covered Johnson with it

He was taken to Baptist Memorial Hospital where he was trated for his burns

Pritchett admitted to throwing the oil at him and was charged with aggravated assault. He was released on 5000 bail

Johnson's mother said her son was in poor condition and hopes that "justice is served"

I'm guessing he'll be demoted to night custodian or something like that. They need workers right now so they might not actually can him, and I think overnight shifts cleaning toilets would be a worse punishment anyway.

This is of course after he serves any jail time for aggravated assault. What baffles me, however, is how the food could have been cold if the guy had just ordered it. Fast food burger joints haven't had food sitting out for a very long time - they make it when you order it, and they make it quick. Gonna guess that this customer was an Aaron who wanted a free lunch.
