Before you recommend powder, I cannot consume the powder. Every time I try, I puke afterwards; there's clearly something in there that I'm allergic to. Plus, it's not easy to consume even looking past that.
There's a lot of tablets on the market, but they either seem pretty pricey for very little protein per serving or definitely have to be fake. FYI you're suppose to mix the powder in something, not straight up eat it.
