I have one of the toaster oven style air fryers so I just put the bacon on the fry grate and line the pan underneath it with two layers of foil for easy clean up. Depending on the thiccness of the bacon I usually do 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Then dab the grease off and let it sit for a few minutes.

chicken is easy to do and comes out really good. it's the main way i cook chicken breast. make a brine for it and it stays moist.
