I get self depreciating humor, but every time I see a video or photo about cooking and food, people always talk about all they can do is pour a bowl of cereal or barely cook ramen.

Yeah i cant cook. I just heat up premade stuff in the oven.

It is quite odd to see people say stuff like "I only have orange peels and milk cartons" when the recipe calls for garlic and ginger.
