Stemming from all the Chapelle talk...

Should the source of the joke influence you one whether or not it is funny?

Lets assume Chapelle's standup wasn't a Chapelle standup, but the jokes that got him in hot water were delivered by a Trans person.

Or a Cis white comic that identifies as male.

Or a Cis white comic that identifies as female.

Or a Cis black comic that identifies as female.

Does you reaction to the jokes change at all?
