yeah, he wasn't a good person. There are a lot of things that painted him in a bad light. I remember hearing how that the only reason DQ11 was released with a midi soundtrack was so he could sell more concert tickets, and when it finally was put into the game, the quality was worse than the fan edits for the PC release.

So "he made music I didn't enjoy in a game, I'm glad he's dead"

APA hotel chain in Japan is also run by a historical revisionist nationalist. If you come here please don't use their hotels. The rooms even have war crime denial pamphlets in them. It's pretty hard to mistakingly go to one because it's the only hotel I have ever seen in the entire country with flags on the front desk (this isn't America, if you see people with flags outside a government building, they're probably a nationalist).
