I have been feeling really fatigued for the last 2 days. I need to exercise. I know i just have to do 4 to 6 laps around the factories by my house while the sun is out but i have been being lazy. My diet has been pretty good though. Besides drinking 3-5 cups of coffee a day with 2 teaspoons of sugar each cup so 6 to 10 tea spoons of sugar a day on top of what i eat.

Good thing is i stopped drinking soda, it has almost been 2 months since then. I eat more fruits now too. I floss my teeth every day. I brush every day. I use mouthwash every day.

I want to try and do 20 push ups every day. Even though i weigh about 270lbs i can still do a fair amount of push ups. I can also do 1 actual pull up. I have been correcting my thoracic pain by strengthening my left arm and left side of my body.

Overall things are good, i just have a lot of things to do. I stopped seeing my therapist twice a week and only see her once a week. Maybe thats why i been having a tougher time? My meds got decreased as well, and i see my psychiatrist again this month. Nothing but progress, with that said i wish i was more motivated.

Sorry if i bored you guys. I am just speaking outloud. I really need to start journaling again.
