I think it will be fun and visually interesting, because even bad Wachowski movies are those things. And the writing team seems to be good so Im cautiously optimistic.

The Wachowskis only made one movie that wasn't a dumpster fire and that was over 20 years ago. I'd put money on it being better than most of their dreck but it's not going to be a coherent story or do much of anything well besides action scenes.
