The side two things sound like generic stuff where people want to feel like they said something impactful to someone, even though, to people that actually do feel like there's no point feel even emptier after reading it.

It does feel like maudlin tripe

But I feel like ifyou are living in an environment that's overwhelmingly negative, it could encouraging to look at. research proves that smiling inherently tends to make you feel happier so I won't entirely dismiss the value of that image

Stuff like that rings hollow. Not so much cringe as it is sad, because whoever really needs help needs a hell of a lot more than the general well wishing that is this type of picture. And not everybody gets what they need or want.
