Everything ever about itchy feet seems to point to athlete's foot, but I have no rash and literally no place I could have caught it from since I haven't had my shoes off in a public place in months. But the heels of both my feet are really itchy. (Not the toes)

I just recently started taking montelukast (Singulair) for asthma. Could that possibly be causing random itching as a side effect?

Bed bugs

Nah. I'm a pest control technician. Believe me. I know what bed bugs situations are like.

What I would do is walk around barefoot someplace with clean dirt or sand for a while then shower and scrub them. Thick grass helps too.

I mean, I've had full CBC blood work run twice in the last 6 months and everything was fine, including my A1C and BGC. But I've never been specifically tested for it per se. But like, I eat healthy and exercise regularly so I feel like that should rule it out, no?

How long has it been going on for? Could be the start of pompholyx. Mine started as just really itchy skin on my hands. It's common on hands and feet. Mine was mild for years before it flared up enough to be diagnosable.

Dry skin probably. I have a history of minor psoriasis but never on my feet.

Started using colloidal oatmeal lotion just in case though.

You need an immune suppressant not lotion. Go to a dermatologist imo. Can't hurt if you have insurance

Isn't montelukast an immune suppressant though?
