With this update, they're going to start using Tesla insurance safety scores to judge how safe of a driver people are, based on a few factors. Safe follow distance above 50mph, aggressive turning, hard braking, forward collision warnings per 1000 miles, forced autopilot disengages, etc. And then I think after 7 days, they'll let the safe drivers download the full self driving beta.
