in a workplace it's best to just try to brush it off and not initiate a conflict. Act like you half-way agree and then act dis-interested in continuing the conversation.

I've done this talking to people I work for as a landscaper and it works like a charm. Last year before the vote this lady would talk about trump/biden. Knowing they have a completely opposite opinion and not wanting to disrupt our work relationship, I just told her I had mixed opinions about both and changed the subject. No fuss no hassle.

I've got a couple old co workers that share shit memes exactly like that. At this point I'm just laughing at them. Hopefully they dont get sick from it because theyll probably unfriend me after I laugh react their post about needing help with covid hospital bills and whatnot

The horrific truth is...

If people were told by Facebook memes that ingesting horse paste and fish tank cleaner would save them from a virus that already has multiple safe vaccines, many of them would be running to the pet stores and feed stores.

My buddys coworker was sharing antivax stuff as recently as ten days ago, just died today from Covid.

In a public venue it can sometimes be worthwhile to counter their claims, more for the sake of people who are reading it who might still be in that "not yet persuaded either way" stage.

In a private venue there is never any point to arguing with them.
