I've taken a few road trips and I never felt any place necessarily "fit" me more than any other. Also, how long did you do the road trips for? I had a friend who spent a few weeks in Oregon, then in Utah, then Colorado, but after a year he just went back to South Carolina where he was originally from... --- There is no good. Currently in Austin. I'm realizing I'm not a fan of Dallas/Austin/Texas anymore. Just too big. But it's where my college friend are, family is, and as I'm getting older, raising a family in the future, etc. I can understand that has advantages.
