Have like really rare games seales displayed in cases. Have excerpts from rare game magazines and such. Display iconic review lines like oras too much water.
Explain deep history of a game. Have booths were you can play old games.
Show off memorabilia.
Showcased message board arguments over games.

Buy rare protoypes and materials used in design of games and show them off like original art, or props used in motion capture.

Buy rights to dead games and recirculate them.

Do they do all this? How good are they? Many on your list aren't even dedicated.

I am talking premiere like have to travel across the world to see this one cause it has original Amano concept art prints and such. Therefore well funded.

A digital museum befits a digital pastime

Not everything related to video games is digital. Infact, just some really old sealed copies should be in said museum to admire.
