Video I linked does a good job explaining how it was more himself than 50 Cent who ruined his career.

Medicore rapper and an awful singer. Remember when he sang Mesmorize with Ashanti? How did people like that song? Ashanti was the only good thing about it. The lyrics are garbage too and an embarrassment to RnB. Fucking had to hear that shit on the school bus to high school and back for a year. lol
