I use the term friends loosely. A female friend can be a girl you know who you occasionally talk to, a coworker, etc. It doesn't have to be a girl you chill with every day.

As someone who has had sex with a couple of his female friends, it was a mistake and I wish I hadnt done it, so. Having sex with friends just complicates things and Id rather leave things with the rest of my female friends platonic going forward.

Im a guy with a lot of female friends, probably even more than male friends. And hell do some of them send mixed signals. Even the ones with boyfriends. I always chalk it up to my mind being overimaginative tbh.

One day one of them would totally cut me off for a while because she has a boyfriend. Then out of the blue, she'll start messaging me rude jokes on instagram and asks to go to a movie with me. I would think I'd be in the friendzone by now, but then why cut me off if you've got a boyfriend in the first place?

I have 2-3 other friends who are girls who do really strange things as well. I think girls are just hard to understand.

Yeah I can definitely see this happening. The after effects, especially on social circles you have would probably be weird/awkward as well.

it's fun and fills a biological function. Doesn't have to be a big emotional relationship changing thing

I mean it does become a bit awkward when your other friends are cracking jokes about why you didnt get an invite to the wedding.

Also some people arent looking for casual fun, including some of your female friends, so hooking up changes things for them even if it wouldnt have changed them for you.

Several of my friends have admitted to finding me physically attractive. So, if we were all single I'd probably bone them on occasion. A couple have admitted to crushes here snd there over the years, so idk if I would with them as I don't feel the same way and it would make it uncomfortable.
