The FBI got a tip the L.A. County Sheriffs were staging fights between inmates and the deputies were betting on them. One inmates relative reported this to a social worker who took the claim to the FBI anonymously. The FBI investigated and long story short found it to be true. Heads rolled. The former top Sheriff Lee Baca has been sentenced to prison for obstruction but is fighting it because he says he's too old...
