This is why we pass a law protecting doctors from legal and license consequences of (reasonable) discriminating against unvaccinated during a pandemic.

Triage is already a thing anyways. Doctors do sometimes have to make decisions on who receives care faster or at all in difficult situations like pandemics, natural disasters etc.
