TL;DW: your "bad" posture isn't causing your back pain. Bad posture isn't really a thing to begin with. Staying in one posture all day is the bad thing.

Your back is sore because...you're using those muscles. Like if you do bicep curls your biceps will be freakin' sore. If you hold a bag of groceries for a long time your arm will be sore. In either of those scenarios when you get muscle soreness you don't freak out about it. For whatever reason, when people feel sore back muscles because they used them they start to worry about their long term health.

If your back is regularly sore, maybe your back muscles just aren't very strong for the regular activity you put it under. Instead of doing less to compensate, do more training.

This is America, you hunch over a desk 12 hours a day then use booze and pills to deal it until you die early.

i had to take my dog outside at 1:30am for god knows what reason. my back had a spasm :(.
it had to wake up quickly or else risk the dog peeing/shitting in the house.

if it could just hold it in till 6am she could go for a walk with me.

Eh, there's very different pain from general back muscle fatigue and like disc issues or something.
