I'm 33 and I have a couple stray gray hairs but only 2 or 3 that I've noticed

34 and I've been going gray since i was 20

41 and a few strays around my temples.

29 and very few in my beard. My friend who's like 2 weeks younger than me has salt and pepper already though.

43 and no gray hairs.

40 and had grey hairs since early 30's.......

I had long hair in my teens and when I finally buzzed it off a patch of grey grew back on my left temple. I found out later it's called Poliosis, which by itself is just a loss of pigment in the hair, but is often a symptom of some other medical issues (that I definitely don't have, thankfully).

So I've had that since my late teens, but now in my early 30's I have a decent amount of gray strands along my hairline and even a few in my eyebrows.

Im 23 and recently I noticed that I have a single white hair near the front of my head. Or at least half of that hair strand is white. The bottom half is still black

I started noticing gray in my beard around the age of 34. I don't grow my facial hair though.
