It's a spin off series of those Dragon Quest games except it plays like a 3 monster party pokemon. Game is tough and the monsters have really cool designs. I loved the color but original game boy games did more for me. Final Fantasy Legend 1 and 2 (not so much 3. That one didn't do it for me) were my introduction to any kind of RPGs. Especially #2.
