I'm in a duplex and they insisted on having both units' bathrooms redone before some new tenants move in. It took three or four days for them to remodel the other unit's bathroom and repair a lot of damage that the previous tenants' dog had done to the floors and walls. Both bathrooms are incredibly tiny.

These people have been remodeling my bathroom for a solid week now and they still haven't even completed tiling. They're here for nine hours a day and only start to work once the landlord shows up mid-afternoon to see the progress. There's six people in the crew and they work at such a deliberately slow pace it's like a bad comedy sketch

I can use the next unit's bathroom until the new tenants move in, but with the current renovation schedule there's going to be a huge overlap.
