I've never known any dealers who just sold a mish mash of things. Weed dealers who occasionally sold shrooms or e is about the biggest selection I've seen. Coke dealers tend stick to coke and I've known a lot of coke dealers. I also did a ton back in the day and never felt like "yeah maybe I should just go ahead and do heroin too." I guess I'm like the one in a million person that gets crazy fuckin irritable/becomes an annoying ass on it, but I know a lot of people who smoke.
